a) Always prepare a ‘To Do’ List: Before going to Bed at night, Try to prepare a list which works are you going to complete after waking up in early morning. If you follow this in daily routine, It will let you know How much progress are you making in a day & how much work has been completed. Always review previous list before writing ‘To Do’ list for the next day. As you will see, your Done works before sleeping, It will create winning confidence in you and motivate you to be more creative & productive.
